TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms.Please contact me via my email [email protected] for all inquiries or you can also send me a message on my social media pages/accounts

General Terms

  • I accept payments in PayPal/GCASH/KOFI

  • Prices may change based on demand.

  • NO REFUNDS after full payment has been sent.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

  • I will need a detailed description(pose, color scheme, additional items, etc.) and at least several visual references. The more info you give me the better.

  • Commissions may be uploaded on my online portfolios/social media accounts unless the commissioner requests me not to.

REMIND: I am still experiencing inconsistent art styles, there are times I still do experimental style in creating art, so I have a right to choose my drawing or coloring style in commission.

I WILL DRAW:

  • original characters

  • Chibi

  • Fanarts

  • simple Background

  • Anime

I WILL NOT DRAW:

  • Realistic

  • NSFW

  • mecha or robots

  • animals

  • gore

PROCESS:

  • Submit form ( i will send an acceptance message via email)

  • You will pay 100% via Paypal/GCASH/KOFI after I finished first the drawing sketches

  • Commission delivery time is 1 - 3 weeks (depending on complexity and other circumstances).

Copyright and Use

  • The commissioner is permitted to use the commissioned illustration for PERSONAL USE ONLY. The commissioner is not allowed to sell the commission or claim that they made it.

  • You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics for non-commercial use, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

  • You may share your commission on social media if you credit the artist (link to portfolio)

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own

  • Altering the artwork without my consent; removing any watermarks/signatures.
